water based pu leather is made of water solvent polyurethane,that means the solvent is water.
traditional pu leather use toxic solvent like DMF (Dimethylformamide),which is not good for health.

1:water based pu leather is breathable
pu leather is widely used for shoes,handbags,garment,furniture,car seat cover upholstery,
so breathable is important to make a comfort product. our water based pu leather is breathable,
but traditional pu is not breathable.
2:water based pu leather is non toxic
water based pu leather is free of formaldehyde,phthalates,DMF,BPA,heavy metals,
all these toxic chemicals cause huge damage to our health,they cause cancer and other diseases.
during the production of traditional pu it emit too many DMF,which can cause cancer,
it is huge risk for workers in the synthetic leather factory and also for end customers.
and the water is polluted ,because the water also contain the DMF and other toxic solvent.
on the surface of traditional pu it is also solvent pu,so it is also toxic to some degree.
pu usually consist suface layer and backing fabric,our water based pu leather is totally solvent free,
all solvent is WATER,like the water we use in the daily life we use.
the solvent compose 60% of the raw polyurethane material,so if the solvent is DMF,that means
too many toxic material.
3:water based pu is not with bad smell
because of solvent like DMF,traditional pu has a bad smell of DMF, and traditonal pu leather factory also
has the smell of DMF,but our water based pu is without any bad smell,no smell at all,and our factory is without bad smell.
4:water based pu physical performance is better than traditonal pu
water based pu is hydrolysis resistant,so it wont peel off, 5 years warranty at least.
water based pu is anti abrasion,flex resistant,UV resistant,so it performs excellently when it is
used for furniture upholstery,car seat cover,shoes,handbags etc,it is also cold cracking resistant.
5 water based pu leather is sustainable.
