there are many leather strips,leather wastage left behind from the leather factory.
these leather leftovers can be recycled ,we will turn the leather leftovers into leather fiber and it will be added with recycled polyester,
finally it will be turned into roll shape leather base,and then coated with polyurethane and get texture from release paper,see below video

firstly ,the usage rate of recycled genuine leather is much higher than genuine leather,
as it is roll shape,it is regular shape,width around 140cm.
secondly,it is breathable and comfortable. we will coated the rol shape leather base with waterbased polyurethane
which is breathable.
