1:microfiber suede leather manufacturing process

microfiber suede leather is one kind of faux leather with suede texture looking.

it is made of nylon or polyester microfiber. the microfiber is wovened then it will be immersed into polyurethane,

then we get the original microfiber suede leather base.

then we will use the microfiber base to do the dying,dye fixation,add UV resistant solvent to make the microfiber suede leather UV resistant.

you can add different solvent to increase the functional performance.

then we will do the buffing and forming and we get the final microfiber suede leather.

so the composition of finished microfiber suede leather usually is: nylon or polyester + polyurethane.

there are 2 kinds of microfiber suede leather

one is made of regular microfiber,another one is made of irregular microfiber.

regular microfiber suede leather color fastness is better than irregular microfiber suede leather.

and it is more expensive.

firstly the microfiber suede leather has the suede texture,it looks high end,

2.microfiber suede leather can be cleaned with vacuum cleaner,so it is easy to clean

and it can be treated with waterproof. and the microfiber leather tear strength is super.

it can not be teared apart easily. and microfiber leather is breathable.

3.microfiber suede leather is anti abrasion,flexing resistant,anti cold cracking,

so it is good choice for making shoes or automotive upholstery,car seat cover.

3:microfiber suede leather disadvantages

for the microfiber suede leather if you dyed it into bright color,like red,yellow,

its crocking color fastness can reach level 3-4, but other synthetic leather like pu leather or pvc leather

can reach leavel 4-5,so it is not as good as other synthetic leather.

but for other light color it can reach level 4.
